Valentine’s Ideas

Valentine’s is a fun little holiday. It often revolves around cute dates, small romantic or self care type gifts, roses, and chocolate. I say indulge and enjoy yourself every now and again. One night isn’t going to ultimately effect many goals as long as you only allow just that, one night.

Here is a short and sweet list of some health conscious Valentines’s Day gifts that would be PERFECT gifts for your sweet Valentine. 2025 we are becoming conscious of our health. We don’t want stuffed teddy bears and jewelry, okay maybe jewelry if that is your thing, but we want STUFF WE CAN ACTUALLY BENEFIT FROM.

  1. CHOCOLATE

Okay number one for an obvious reason!! We all want some chocolate. HU chocolate and Lily’s both have very good ingredients. Very minimal ingredients as well. HU is dark chocolate and Lily’s comes in dark or milk chocolate. Both brands have many different flavors as well. Both can be found at places such as Walmart. Whole Foods, Target, and Amazon.

2. Creatine

Creatine is one of the most studied supplements around. The benefits of Creatine for performance and brain health is phenomenal. Women and men alike benefit from Creatine, even if they do not work out or have the most active lifestyle. Creatine can be found in any health store and online mostly. I personally use Promix Creatine and love it.

3. Non-toxic Candles

Who doesn’t love a good candle to unwind for the day? Candles are very toxic. While I really like to live a lifestyle that I am conscious of toxins around me, I know sometimes it’s just something you have to go with. IF you have the opportunity choosing non-toxic candles is always best. Wood wick, coconut wax or bees wax, and essential oils are all things that are yeses when choosing those. They truly can be found everywhere but the legitimacy is something you will need to really look into.

4. Mouth Tape

Okay, here’s the thing, this may seem like a weird one for you. Mouth tape? What the….. If you are not aware of the benefits of mouth tape look them up and study them out. This year we are IN with quality rest. Mouth tape can really help with that. Mouth breathing in your sleep is a no no. Again, all the cool kids are into quality sleep this year! Whatever it takes!

5. Red Light Therapy

This one would be a little more of a splurge for a Valentine’s Day gift, but it’s something I’d personally choose over jewelry any day. Red light therapy is up and becoming for sure. I truly think it will change so many positive things as more and more people hop on the red light train. The benefits are out of the world.

6. Massage Gun

If you do not have a massage gun, this is a must for recovery. Great benefits and very relaxing. Buy your significant other a massage gun and make sure to actually use the gift on them. No one wants that gifted to them to use it on themselves 😅 They can be found online just about anyway. Amazon has some great ones for great deals.

7. Magnesium Soak

Ahhhh. Magnesium soak. The perfect relaxing gift. Magnesium soak or epsom salt is a very thoughtful gift. There is nothing like being able to soak after a long workout or on a day you are sore. It has many great health benefits as well. You truly could find that anywhere really.

Of course gifts are suppose to be personal. Pick gifts your partner would like. These are simply ideas that I be thrilled to receive.

Whatever you do, whatever you give, make sure you do it with real ❤️.

Xoxo
